Mineral Notes: Stilbite is a common zeolite whose crystals tend to clump together into forms resembling wheat sheafs. Whether in this form or not, Stilbite is an aesthetic mineral with its clean pearly luster and colourful pink and rosy tints.
Description: An outstanding specimen of pink Stilbite in an elongated basalt matrix lined with pale blue Calcite and Quartz. The Stilbite crystals have flattened tabular form and triangular terminations. The combination of waxy luster and mineral colours make this a very aesthetic display specimen.
