Mineral Notes:  Copper is one of the most important industrial metals and has been so since the bronze age. One of the main reasons for its early use is the fact that it is easily found in nature in its native, or unreacted, form. It is also relatively soft, so can be easily shaped into tools and decorations.

Description: A highly crystalline nugget of native Copper. Individual crystals are easily seen. Many are fused into dendritic growths. Some parts of the specimens are covered by a thin patina of Malachite.
