Mineral Notes: Galena is one of the most abundant and widely distributed sulfides. It is the main ore of lead and frequently contains valuable amounts of Silver and occasionally Zinc.
Description: A superb cluster of Calcite crystals topping a Galena-rich matrix. On the opposite end of the matrix sits a perfectly formed octahedral crystal of Galena. A very attractive and unsual combination.
