We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return a specimen you will receive a full refund of your money within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this.

Cancellations
By law you have the right to cancel from the day of the order and up to seven working days after the day on which you receive the specimens. If you wish to cancel you should e-mail or write to us as soon as possible. We must have written notice of your cancellation. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation in the same format that you paid for the order.

If you have received the goods
If the specimens have already been posted they should be returned to us in excellent condition at your own expense. If the specimens are not returned we will collect them and deduct the cost from the refund. Please note that any discounts will be recalculated. Consequently you may get back less than the value of the item to reflect the overall discount made on the original order.

Returning specimens
When returning a specimen(s) wrap each one individually in tissue. Ensure that a 1cm thick layer has been wrapped around the whole specimen. Tape this closed to prevent the bundle from coming undone. Now place the specimen(s) together with all original documentation in the shipping box, ensuring that about 2cm of crumpled paper or bubblewrap lies between the specimen(s) and the walls of the box. Do not re-use the original box the if there is any evidence of damage.

Return address
Send the parcel to WildaboutRocks, Calcite House, 20 Raeburn Way, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 0FH, United Kingdom. You are responsible for the shipment charges on the return leg. Also insure the package for the full value of the contents.

Final note on returns
We pride ourselves in having a very generous returns policy and rely on you not to abuse the service. Each time an item is posted there is some risk of damage. Please examine the detailed descriptions and photos carefully before placing an order. e-mail us if you have additional questions about items. Customers who consistently return a high percentage of items may lose their ordering privileges.
