Choosing Specimens: To select a specimen click the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button. It is automatically placed in the Shopping Cart. Repeat for each additional specimen. When finished browsing click the 'View Cart' button where you will see the total amount for your order. Postage will be added later. Now click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

Order Completion: You will now be asked to enter your details including your address. Please pay careful attention to this, as the main reason for parcels to go missing is an incorrect delivery address. You will now see a summary of the order, including postal charges.

Payment Methods: You have three main options; Credit Card, Cheque or, Paypal. We also accept International Money Orders, Travellers Cheques and Western Union but please contact us first.

Credit Card Payment: We strongly recommend paying by Credit Card as this offers fastest and most secure payment method. Once selected, you will be asked to enter your Credit Card number and expiry date.

Paypal Payment: You do not need to have a PayPal account. Follow the on-screen instructions to pay by your credit card for a one-off payment, or login to your PayPal account if you have one.

Paying by Cheque or Money Order: These must be made in £UK. Please bear in mind that both can take up to 14 days to clear, especially if drawn on a foreign bank. Please send your payment to the address on the contact form including your order number on the back.

Order Completion & Processing: You will see an order completion response on-screen and you will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. We aim to send out your specimens within two working days.
